ME T/C Overhauling

Fully overhauled TC cartridge at their workshop, employing ASH BLASTING techniques for thorough cleaning of the turbine shaft, compressor side, and turbine wheel side.
Used chemical cleaning methods for all other parts, ensuring high maintenance standards.
Conducted dynamic balancing post-overhauling for optimal performance.
Managed the entire scope, including the supply of SS fuel oil ball valves and other necessary materials.

AFT Port Mooring Winch Leaking Hydraulic Tray Repair

Date: May 2024 | Duration: 12 hrs | Port: Colombo

Addressed an urgent hydraulic tray oil leak from the AFT Port side mooring winch, which was spilling onto the deck.
Proposed a swift repair solution involving opening the gearbox side cover and replacing the hydraulic tray’s steel plates.
Completed the repair within 12 hours to prevent any delays in the vessel’s trading schedule.
Repair was performed by class-approved, professional 6G welders, ensuring high-quality and durable results for uninterrupted operation.

LT Coolers Pipelines Renewal

Date: May 2024 | Duration: 24 hrs | Port: Colombo

Identified seawater inlet and outlet pipes requiring renewal for LT Coolers 1 & 2.
Isolated the coolers prior to starting any work to ensure safety and efficiency.
Removed leaking pipes and templated new pipes for precise replacement.
Completed final welding on the templated pipes, ensuring a secure fit.
Installed all new pipes with fresh packings, followed by successful operational testing of the coolers.

ER VAF Flow Meters Installation

Date: June 2024 | Duration: 14 hrs | Port: Colombo

Successfully installed flowmeters for multiple systems, including the main engine fuel oil line inlet, AUX boiler fuel oil inlet and outlet, and AUX generators fuel oil inlet and outlet.
Managed the full project scope, ensuring accurate measurement and monitoring for efficient fuel management.
All installations were completed to high standards, supporting optimal system performance and operational reliability.
